  • @sevisin it was.. I just wished maya would solve faster. Ive been using maya for years and only really just started playing around with ncloth and nparticles. What i dont get is that you can uv an object and texture it, then convert it to ncloth and the textured version dissapears...now i know oyu can show the original version but it doesnt have any of the ncloth physics applied to it....what gives here? I end up re textring the ncloth object..

    I haven't heard of that. I just did basic tests in Maya v2009 and v2011 with and with out history. The text material stayed on the nCloth and rigid objects.

  • @sevisin To be honest I havent tried it since the last issue I had which was in maya 2009 on an older machine.

    I have just tried it again now in maya2011 on my new machine and its fine...like you say.

    Oh well thats maya for you... Thanks for looking into it anyway.
