....don't let it confuse you. Each octave is just higher than the next (double the HZ if you understand) in sheet music every note in every octave has a specific way of being written so don't worry about which one to play, the music will tell you once you understand how to read it. Hope this helps to explain the video a bit more.

Starting from C the keys go alphabetically..... CDEFG, once it gets to G, it starts again at A ( the key to the right of the 2nd black key in the set of 3 black keys, OR 2 white keys after F) To make it easier just locate C or F by looking at the pattern of black keys, then go alphabetically toward your desired key remembering that after G is A. An octave goes from one letter name to the same latter name 12 keys later. C to C or A to A, etc. There are many octaves on a keyboard/piano so....

The key to the left of (right before) the set of 2 white keys is C, the key to the left of (right before) the set of 3 black keys is F. ...................

Now what confuses me is if you're supposed to play C on the keyboard, which C do you start on? There's a lot of C's on the keyboard.

@The1984Freak Hi, If you watch my video on "Joy to the world" there are two Cs - One High and one Low. The notation is also on screen so you can see which note on paper relates to which key on the keyboard.
Hope this helps.
Peace!
