I wouldn't take it too seriously - I think he was making a point. Some lighting designers are fantastic. Some are a disaster. But that wasn't the point - I think the point was that you can use projection in place of lighting. And that's absolutely the case, and the great lighting designers will appreciate having that tool (especially as it speaks DMX).

This VMS is helpfull for both professions, light design and video art... but this is "only a tool" , Manuel is right, that guy is an IDIOT for saying that " the lightning guy go home".

I allways work perfectly with the light designer because I respect all the technical crew and I learn the correct way to interact with other professionals...
