@mechislander The 2004 Theme Song is Home, but it is sang by Young Voices. The 1998 Theme Song is also Home, but sang by Kit Chan. XD

I'll never forget how I sang this during a international week in NZ and when I practiced this before my performance, i found myself in tears.

I cry every time I sing this song and I sing it with pride and love. I can honestly say that I sing "Home" with more pride than when I sing the National Anthem.
no other national day songs comes close to this. this is probably the only song that truely describes how each and every singaporean feels towards our country. we may not outwardly show it, we may at times criticise our nation, but there's no place like home

I totally agree. For Singaporean who stay overseas will know that this song truly is the best ever written. It captures the feeling when an Singaporean living abroad or migrated overseas think of Singapore. The MTV captures the essence down to the food, the childhood memories and the relatives and friends that brings smiles to our faces. :) Home or homes is where the heart and memories are.
