This is a very common site seen in South Africa. This particular incident has taken place in Cape Town where this man is looking for food in the "dust bin"

  • Sorry mate, you have little world knowledge and understanding as you do not know any better that what you have seen or see every day. There are many countries in the world where this does not take place. But then again, you are ignorant to the fact. Go well and I hope you will gain more experience about life around the world

  • I see nothing wrong with them cleaning up and recycling garbage which would normally end up in landfills or back on the street with the first garbage workers strike.They are actually s hidden eco- force which we recognize as beggars yet think of what would happen if those trolleys of bag bulging garbage was not collected . At least they are earning an honest living .

  • It's a common site all over the world, we just take note of it more often. I can't recall the number of times I've seen people digging in the bins for food or bottles that they can recycle and use the change they get for food. Well, we assume it's food...
