Maybe you need to use the term "tribal born" ... full blooded is a term Hitler would have used ... I have worked with many Tasmanian Aborigines and they were all I presume full of blood. All are desendants of the tribal Aborigines that were in Tasmania or Trowunna before the Europeans arrived. Their tribal system of living was totally changed by the invaders/settlement of 1803 + but elements of the old culture have certainly survived in the present Tasmania Aboriginal community.
