Here our thai cat shows his vocal abilities. It sounds more like nagging :-). The Maine coon tries to do its best to keep up the Thai :-)

  • thanks all for your comments. Sounds a bit strange indeed, the strong big cat with a wimpy voice. Now he is 1.5 years old and he has a deeper voice, but sometimes it sounds like a velociraptor from Jurassic Park :) Our Thai is still meowing like a spoiled kid, but fortunately for me, he does it a lot less frequent than the older days :)

  • The Maine Coon is totally adorable. How old and what gender is the Maine Coon? (and to compare size, how old is the other cat?)

  • Maine Coon was born on april 8th 2007, Thaicat was born 30th of April 2007.

They are both males. But this was taken in beginning of August 2007

  • The Thai cat is the most talkative breed: the Maine coon cat the friendliest. If these two are bunkmates, the Siamese will teach the MC how to talk.

  • I have a big kitty who squeaks too.

    It's so uncharacteristic, I laugh.

But his voice is, like, a bajillion octaves higher. and he's about two years old. We thought it would go down, but it hasn't. We worried he had a funy viocebox...

...until we took him to get his nails clipped.

    He meowed right, then. (:

  • @NaNthor Maine Coons: The giant cats with the tiny meeeowws.

  • I have a feral that I tamed with the same puny little voice of chirps and trills.

  • Maine Coons are huge cats with very soft voices.

  • Siamese cat wins.

  • They're having a competition which one has the louder meow

  • Unless you would show it, I would say that Maine coon clearly said you're having food in your hand, and he doesn't consider that a good practice.

    :D

  • lol

  • wow, thats even more anoying then my cat =/
