Sandy, please note QB Online Simple no longer offers Recurring Transactions. One must upgrade QB Online (2 tiers of upgrade offered, lowest cost is $189 extra). This renders your otherwise extremely helpful tutorial null without the upgrade. QB has not made this information easily locatable. We found it in Help, 'recurring' and clicking the 'view tip' button, read thru that text to find the link to 'learn more' about their offer. Thank you for your good help here on YouTube.

Thanks for your comment and its unfortunate that Intuit charges for this service. But if you have the version that contains the recuring transactions, then the video still is helpful.
