  • EMI Studio's Abbey Road 2001

  • It's also nice to hear that even after all these years they can still perform a credible version of this classic tune.

Can't help feeling that Cov would have spoilt it with his current voice though.

  • This is FAR FAR FAR more REAL Whitesnake than "Whitesnake" of 2011 ever will be.

  • Steady on old chap, don’t get your spandex pants in a knot - I have it on good authority that Big Bernie ‘Inn’ Marsden (AKA Heather from Eastenders) himself chose the set list & the remaining songs were as follows; Frying in the rain Slow (Cooker) an’ easy Don’t bake my heart again Aint no pavlova in the heart of he city Roly man (Trousers) Getting tighter Aint gonna pie no more Love Muncher Beer I go again Fool for your oven. ;-)

  • @martinace1000 dont give up your day job as a jerk :-)

  • @Thomas303FdN That's so true! Been saying that since 1984...

  • The classic Linup of Whitesnake is the one I love most. No Whitesnake for me without Micky Moody ;-)

  • This sounds great. Saw Whitesnake last August and Coverdale's voice is just a memory. Could not hit any high notes and was actually lip syncing to some prerecorded stuff to hit some parts.Band was great but the vocals are long gone.

  • Now THIS is the real Whitesnake! Don't get me wrong I love the mid to late 1980s stuff too, but in the end it became too Americanised and lost the true heart and soul of the original UK outfit.

  • WOW! wish I would have seen that.

  • Where's David Coverdale? Oh, Eddie Large - sorry Bernie Marsden - ate him on the way to the gig!!!!! The next song was Donut Break My Heart Again :-)
