  • @KimonoCowboy Well i hope your so called "yoga teacher" one day puts up free videos online. Since hes so good, why dont u tell us who he is? im sure hes very well known. Maybe ill take a few of his classes, once im finish learning yoga online with yogatoday :)

  • no I'm not saying she is doing it wrong, it is just unrefined and unsafe over time in this manner.This comes from one of my mentor teachers with over 30 years of practice in the subject and who has seen people damage their septum in this manner....you need a light touch on the fingers, look at my previous comment please people
