Heart was lifted from the Gary Numan's album Outland, a slow piano ballad a catchy little song, all together this has to be Gary's best ballad lyrically and musically, a very harmoniously track. Heart was released in five different formats and a promo video was made for this song but it still failed to enter the Top 40. Heart got to No 43 in the UK charts.

I couldn't pick a FAV with Numan, there would be so many choices.

could never stand the wailling woman in the background of his songs. He didnt need it. But because it was Gary Numan I put up with it. Have to admit, never bought Machine and Soul or Outland... Bad time of my life and dint get round to it.

Ithe best ballad I think is Love Isolation... but then again there are so many I love so cant really picka fave.

I agree with the info provided, this is my favorite Numan ballad, next to 'This Is Love' and 'My Brother's Time', though I have to say every ballad he's done is like no other, as he always manages to retain a strong sense of individuality in all his work, unlike most musicians who throw ballads everywhere to make a quick single.
