It's a German car and the German production version has the steering wheel on the right. And the steering wheels on the right in most European countries.

@nascarfan78 Huh?! Really... Well this is interesting, cuz right after posting. Thought I'd give it another go, finally I tried clicking down on the Right Stick and it worked. Though not free-zooming, just 3 levels of zoom to click thru.. Will try this tho lol.. Thought the Left Stick was only 4 colour selection on the cars!
