Go De Havilland! Still cessna makes a good aircraft. If either company sold one of them to me for 2 dollars, id buy it.

The Kodiak is I believe less expensive than the Caravan and way superior for off airport ops. Rugged like the turbine Otter & except you can get one new from the factory in Idaho. Otters are wonderful, but haven't been made for 50 years.

@born2flyalaska hmm surprised it didn't fall out of the sky. I have heard of caravans having only a small amount of ice on the wings and disaster hits - unfortunately

If you can't tell what they are from that video than you don't need details, you need glasses.

I just know that one got airborne faster than the other. I WOULD
like to see the details.

@TheN6Driver Do a search on the Supervan 900 from Texas Turbines. See what a -12 Garrett does. It'll get off as quick, use less fuel, and go faster. An otter is like an old Corvette. Its cool and does its job with class. But a new ZO6 will spank it in every avenue.
