Yes ,sometimes it is, the rules' rediculous.

But We Won't Ignore Anyone injured.

So there's why most of driver/rider set a camera on the car

I live in here taiwan, but I help all the injured and the people who involved in the accident

for preventing second accident especially during the night.

No matter I just walk to buy a milk or in a hurry of meeting.

that's how they live in taiwan, when someone is injured because of the accident, they will ignore him/her, if you saw an accident traffic accident don't help him/her when your'e in taiwan, you might be accused by the police.
