How many power heads are u using in your tank and what kind of power heads u have in your tank? koralia power heads are much better then max jet power heads and pro3 power heads right? does the koralia power head 3 makes the bubble anemone grow bigger together with koralia power head 2 in a 36 gallon reef tank because my bubble anemone always close its tentacles every time?

As long as the bta is swaying in the water gently it will be fine. you dont need expensive equipment. Concentrate on the right feeding and the right lighting. BTA will often close its tentacles, daily. This is very normal.

No you do not need sea sand but in my opinion sea sand does harbour beneficial sessile creatures which is food for reef life in your system. However a badly maintained sand bed will also habour other negative forms of life.

You can buy these at your local aquatics store or they should be able to order you one. I recommend you read up as much as you can about the proper care of anemonies before you attempt to purchase one. They are lovely creatures and do not do well in a new aquarium or inexperienced keeper. You do not need to leave your lights on all day. You do need the right sort of lighting and water conditions however.
