My new electro cigarbox ukulele, custom built by Don Boydellini.

For those interested, the various effects used to mutilate the sound were:
Keeley Time Machine Boost, Lovetone Brown Source, Dinosaural Tube Bender, Foxrox Octron2, Lovetone Meatball (+Big Cheese), Foxrox TZF.
Into a Selmer Tn'B 50 mk3's bass channel

hey, what do you think of the time machine?

@Runelaier It's a good pedal, masses of clean boost. 20dB ish. Great for melting a clean valve amp. Although, to my ears, it does add just a tiny hint of extra top end. The vintage channel has a nice gritty compressed flavour, but not really as useable as the clean, 'modern' channel. Quite pricey tho, I got mine used. I have a cheap EH nano LPB-1 too, which i probably use more, but that does darken the sound slightly.

cool man. my buddys got one of those they are pretty nifty- i like what your doin on it too- sounds great- shit with the first effect on for a second thought you were gunna break into dolly dagger. that is the effect (well one of em anyway) that is used in that song. keep on rippin

@migitmatador damn wish i had played dolly dagger now. gotta be one of my fave hendrix tunes of all. cheers thats the sound i was going for, that bit was just the Tube Bender (Dinosaural) into the Selmer 68's bass channel. flat out of course. oh yeah, and a boost pedal. well, the uke does have nylon strings and no preamp. yet. I have added a presence control on the back panel, but those Selmers are such great amps for that organic sizzling crunch thing. glad you liked it
