@1LANative agreed. But this place sets a standard in poor customer service... I live at The Orsini now, and not once have they shut off my AC or water during hot days with only 2 days notice, or at all. And my tenant complaints and/ or concerns are never ignored -Only in Bunker Hill Towers.

@MrFoxhound213 Everywhere you rent is going to be miserable in LA in one way or another. To many people moving here...the city has "clearly had to accommodate the living of too many people for too many years" ... and it is tired.

I've been living here for a little less than a year, and already I'm looking forward to my lease end, I can't wait to move out. There are too many people here that smoke, and the windows and appliances look like they've been left over from the 60's (I kid u not), and they don't work too well. Management and security also don't care much for good customer service. And approx. 6 times a year the hot water is shut off, all these things make it so inconvenient. Read reviews before moving in.
