leon did need a better chin, it is all, because his style gave the hell to holmes in the first rounds.

watching this fight again and again, i have no doubt, prime frazier would kick the ass of holmes,he would avoid his jab with his bobbing and weaving. larry holmes is overrated

@vladiator100 I'm not taking dares here. Nor am I going to do your homework for you. Look up his entire record and view it for yourself. Just the fact that you made that dare tells me you don't know much. If you can't recognize the qualified fighters he encountered as the 2nd longest reigning Heavyweight Champion, (20 defences, Joe Lewis 25) then you are not even qualified to comment with me. No matter what you think of the division at the time. Every era of boxing has a different mix. Get real.

@Ghstwn He fought everyone and most of that everyone were weak opposition. His reign included fighters of a weak heavyweight division. I dare you to mention any true great fighters he beat during his reign besides old and fading Shavers, Norton....maybe you can come up with Marvis Frazier? Its all you now...

@vladiator100 I think someone, (YOU) needs to look at the title bout betyween Holmes and Norton again. Over rated? You haven't watched those old fights in years have you. Fought nobody? That's almost funny. Please note whom Holmes ducked from that period and respond back. I dare you to come up with a valid contender he did not fight. OK? :) It's all you now.
