On the subject of discrimination, I am becoming tired of society, where someone somewhere will become offended. IF Microsoft has employees who are racist in the Marketing Dept & they advertise a black male, it still means they are racist. It changes nothing. They have to change themselves. So whos the winner, no one, because that individual is still a racist & yet you believe Microsoft are respectful to race & gender, all because they have marketed a black male on their advertisement board

Microsoft is racist! Isnt Microsoft marketing to the masses in that country? If you want to make an issue of this, then look at the ethnic stats in Poland. If I was to market a product in America, it sure as hell wouldnt be directed to Eskimo's. Is it because I am racists towards Eskimo's, hell no, damn I never met one; just means it's unlikely any Eskimo is going to purchase my product.

We are all the same, colour or gender makes no damn difference and until people embrace this concept, racial and sexual overtones will always be a subject of contention.
