I personally think that Tsundere's ARE Toeto(s).

This is because she's hiding her feeling- she's INSECURE. I feel that personally, a lot of tusnderes are insecure, hiding their feelings behind violence, or at least denial. I think the line, "Everything about you now I love/hate but that's a lie" expresses that.
