@amberbernstein I do agree with you about the "earthier" :) feel to it and I come back to this video to listen to it every day. Unfortunately I cannot find this version of the song anywhere in the U.S., so this is my only source to listen to it.

Great job mate, keep up the good work!

I love this version of the song, even though I can't find it anywhere. It all fit in just too perfectly with the video.

@amberbernstein I try to keep my comments as simple as the idiotic idea of ruining good film work with dumb brain rock music.

Might I ask what version of this song this is? I'm slightly obsessed with it.

It's on an album called "Scotland's Pride: Runrig's Best". Not sure if it was released in all countries though. There is no indication in the booklet that the version is different. I like it better than the original version 'cause it has an 'earthier' feel to it :)

How did you even find this song? It's perfect....
I mean, the lyrics are perfect...the upbeat music is a little happy, but great vid!

Thank you very much :) I'm a big fan of both the band Runrig and the film Rob Roy, so I noticed the similarity. Apart from that, the disintegration of Highland society is just something many artists have commented on in different media.
