The water is a little cloudy due to some mineral deposits on the class housing the UV light. These minerals were scrapped off by my roommate (thanks Rich!) and now the water is clearing up. The silver/yellow and green fish are comets which start out all silver and then change color. They will probably be either yellow or orange. There some of these I can't tell what they are yet but there are some distinctive koi bodies and some that may be either koi or shubunkin. All of these fish were born in my pond. There are about 4 large fish (6+ inches) that hide most of the day, As the water clears up I will post more vids showing all the fish.

  • I put a 8ft x 4 ft pond in the garden 2 years ago. I love it..Kids love it too. No baby goldfish yet. The fish are 2 years old also.

  • cool! I noticed they had babies after I had put a floating plant in with lots of roots. The babies all hid in the roots when they were fry. If you don;t have any plants or places to hide, your fish may be having babies but eating the fry before you see them swimming around. Thanks for the comment!
