This is my speed, I've gotten much faster, but i just woke up, and don't really feel like 1337 strafeing atm.

Dude you are a fucking noob you arent pro just deal with that, actual strafe pros dont always make the same bhop pattern they sometimes bhop in the same direction 3-4 times which increses even more speed then actully making left, right pattern over and over.
You moar like 14 year old kid in wannabe pro clanS and u liev in USA and youe spiek english like crap.
And yes above statement pretty much adresses your english writting skills and your quake skills :D

N00b..? I'm Not a n00b, Jesus Im a ubeatable CPMA .16 player, In a clan and a Pro Club, i'm the best strafer in my clans, and never been beaten in rocket games. heh, unless your as good as Robo kill or fatal1ty, I'd love to fight you.

The clan died, Im in the pro league now for USFC, and sure but i only play CPM
