It is alot of fun...practicing is key with it...and like one point in this song...you can hear the chain hitting my leg. Many bruises are possible with this. Other that I love using the chain flag!

Yess I love chain flags you can do so much more with it! Yes watch your free hand. What I do to remind me is I pinch my pant leg or in your case your shorts...or um you skin. I know sometimes your free hand is bored and wants to do something but it looks messy when it's flying all over the place.
