STEP IT UP
One borough. One cause. One step at a time!

Step It Up is a NYC-wide initiative that uses sport-arts, mainly step and dance, as catalysts for social change. It is campaign that champions the artist/athlete as a Social innovator and empowers young artists to think about their talent in a way that makes a significant impact in their communities. Step It Up is a campaign founded in the belief that young people have a unique ability to motivate and activate their communities around causes like education, violence, homelessness, inequality, health, HIV/AIDS, and the environment.
