Documentary footage of a Hollywood Recording Session in 1969. I think there are some famous "Wrecking Crew" type players in there. Isn't that Earl Palmer on drums? Start naming 'em :)
That is some fascinating footage. I like at the end when the guitar player is playing a nice run and than at the end he misses a chop and knows what he did. Who is is that guy?
I'm pretty sure that the harmonica player is George Smith. He came from Chicago, where he did a stint in Muddy Water's band, then migrated to SoCal, where he mentored many of todays leading West Coast blues harp performers, such as Rod Piazza, Mark Hummel, James Harman and Kim Wilson, as well as the late William Clarke.
