This call highlights the incredibly poor customer service American Airlines provides to its customers. This is a 3way call with American Airlines and Air Pacific to try and resolve a ticketing issue for my honeymoon flight.
American Airlines was extremely unhelpful and by contrast you can see how far Air Pacific was willing to go to help.

Can't believe the AA person doesn't know Air Pacific. A typical USA geographically ignorant person. AA should give them a map.
