@Jesusismothra I'm reading EASY RIDERS & RAGING BULLS and apparently Schrader was snorting massive amounts of coke at that time.

I met him!!
I got his autograph halfway through and at the end he walked up the same aisle that I was sitting at, so I asked him a couple of questions. He answered politely and even laughed at a joke I made. OMG, lol.
In the lecture I learned a lot and it's really helping my screenwriting. Thanks for showing an interest. :D

Often overlooked writer and director. Sure, his work with Scorsese is unmatched, but check out hardcore.....
