Fairtex s grappling gloves (#FGV12) is selected as the official gloves of Jiu-Jitsu competition for Thailand national team in the first Asian Martial Arts Games during August 1st-9th, 2009 Bangkok, Thailand. The president of Thai Jiu-Jitsu Federation is satisfied with quality and safety of #FGV12 grappling gloves , so, select it for Thai National Team and also propose it to be the official gloves for other countries that participate too. The president of Asian JuJitsu Belt Wrestling Federation approved our gloves to be part of the games. @lagook I don't advise you to, the velcro wrap is very uncomfortable and the thumb loop is very loose... Not to mention that they don't offer any coverage of the second pair of knuckles (the ones midway down your fingers). I recommend Combat Sports MMA training gloves they are very similar to Pride FC gloves and are built smart.
