umm i have a JG AK-47 and my mag wont feed i keep winding and winding it and the bbs wont go into the chamber pls help

HELP PLZ SUM1 RESPOND

i think mine is broken cuz i have an ak47 hs and it shoots a little bit then stops and sometimes makes a vrrrrrr sound and stops. when you take it out bbs fall out of the gun. :( anyb1 can tell me wuts rong i tried the oil stuff. HELP PLZ. it also doesnt always feed i can see the bbs going up and down in the hole like there tring to comeup but cant is it the spring???

so, when shooting, it has like 100 bbs in there so every time you shoot, it will stop, then you wind to get the BBs up? Is that it?
