I'd wanted to get it under ten minutes, but... obviously that didn't work out :T

Select tool for lazy fill colouring :D
The arrow is for the light source. It tells the direction that the light is coming from. The shading itself is just black on a layer set to multiply at about 40% opacity. This is also the lazy way to shade |D

The screen shaking at around 4 minutes was me realizing I screwed up my layers a bit xD The red of the goggles needed a separate layer so I could make it see-through-ish later.

Selecting the outside and then inverting makes it so I can only colour on the Flygon itself, so I'm not scribbling all over the background.

Background was just a scribbly painted sky. Meh.
