And in 2010, we had a Hung Parliament not witnessed since 1974, prediction for 2015, I hate to say it but possibly another Hung Parliament .

Well, it seems clear that the Conservatives will do very well - and probably even a landslide on the level of Labour's in 1997.
It is somewhat difficult though at this moment because unlike most governments in the world, Brown actually benefited from the global economic crisis. Labour won a surprise by-election last Autumn. Now, local elections are upon the British people and we'll see just how well Labour does. If they don't do well, expect dire results in the next general election.
