Tackers sailing at Lake Wendouree Ballarat Victoria

The Mobile Boatshed travelled to Ballarat in November 2010 and over 60 kids per day had the opportunity to sail for the very first time. It was also the first time in 14 years that the lake had reopened for sailing. Instructors "Tiny" Charlotte McDonnell and "Blockhead" Sean Bly star in the clip as does Ballarat Yacht Club's Paul Crosbie. The students were quoted to have said "the only time they had previously been on Lake Wendouree was when they walked across it after the grass fire."
