I saw Don Henley in concert with my dad, and I think it's the best memory we have shared together.

I love this song, loved when they incorporated Don into the Miami Vice storyline back in the day.  And yes those backup singers are yummi. I used to work at an open mic with a live band...they cover up mistakes all the time but we usually don't pick up on them...Don's expression was hillarious...like "Dude, WTF???"

Such a significant song, released in 1982 it marked the end of journalism on TV and the start of Taboid news shows. And it continues today.

"a person shouldn't be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." so yeah, i wouldn't have voted for obama just because he'd be the first black president but because he would be a good president but he's not and he just happens to be black
