I don't see Cigar Guy in this video. He would be in the segments at about the 1:20 mark or 1:40 mark, to Tiger's left in the gallery.

This is full coverage of the fatted wedge shot that produced the famous photo with Cigar Guy in the background. The photographer is forward of Tiger and to his right, where the ball lands.

The subsequent shot to the green is also included, and delayed by a ridiculously early camera click that caused Tiger to stop during his backswing.
