Does the "Old Chelsea Theatre" logo at the end suggests this was playing at an erotic cinema theatre? Proof that nothing was hotter than one-legged sex in the 70's.

The star, goes by the name 'Rose Petra'. She is a real amputee, and has posed extensively. There are literally hundreds of photos of her. All of the devotee community knows who she is. I believe this lady is now a practicing nurse or other medical professional. She was likely born in the early 1950's and lost her leg to cancer as an older teen.
