Incredibly obscure 70's film about impossible love, lost limbs, and lots and lots of boom mics in the frame!

  • Where can I get this film

  • A San Antonio-lensed regional obscurity.

  • "They're all so happy--walking...walking..."

    An example of screen-writing GOLD!

  • No, this wasn't played in adult theatres; this was sourced from a fanmade trailer compilation and that Chelsea Theatre tag was just the next piece of film that followed. There's little detail about the actual release pattern on this film in the public record - it may have only played a couple cities.

  • cinemageddon

  • Does the "Old Chelsea Theatre" logo at the end suggests this was playing at an erotic cinema theatre? Proof that nothing was hotter than one-legged sex in the 70's.

  • The star, goes by the name 'Rose Petra'. She is a real amputee, and has posed extensively. There are literally hundreds of photos of her. All of the devotee community knows who she is. I believe this lady is now a practicing nurse or other medical professional. She was likely born in the early 1950's and lost her leg to cancer as an older teen.

  • Where can I get a copy of this flick?

  • Her name is Rose!

  • something that doesn't happen very often: the girl playing that blonde one-legged nurse is a real amputee.
