How about when we go into a situation expecting it to be bad (like i was trained to do al the time by parents and school) and it turns out to be ok - how come it doesn't turn out like we imagined. Wouldn't we have been projecting fear, etc.? Anxiety and phobia therapies involve facing our worst imaginations and seeing that they wern't as bad as we'd imagined.

i believe the energy we call the devil is really the collective negative thoughts and feelings that we all share. We have disowned this energy.....We painted a picture of a red dude with horns and put a pitch fork in his hand and hooves where his feet should be.........And he became our scape goat........Peace out!

Dreams and thoughts comes from the unconscious state. I likened it to a hole to the other side but water of waves are at the bottom of the hole when the water is rough it blocks the energy from the hole but when it is calm you receive messages from the other side and it can be achieved by meditation. Metaphorically like a sunset.

@daniela1771 And just to show that, that was a news special out about a year ago about a hindu yogi who hadn't eaten or drank anything for 70-some years. They even kept him in a lab under surveillance for two weeks and ran a bunch of tests on him, only to find that he survives solely on meditation. Now that's mind power.

There are real New Age religions, like the Haire Krishnas, who believe that humanity is on the verge of shifting to a new age of positivity, harmony, and all that. Though, I think the term has really just become an innocuous cliche that detractors, with no shred of a real argument, use to bash any type of mystical outlook. Its just name calling.

@BLESSEDone333 We manipulate the existing order which makes us co-creators with the godhead, who I see as an intelligent force that were all tethered to through a collective unconscious. This godhead often communicates to us through time and space itself, as well as through the realm of the imagination, dreams, etc etc. I think we originate from the Father, and were experiencing the limitations of humanity to give meaning to God's eternal love. If there was no pain, love would be meaningless.
