This place only cares about you until you sign the lease. The place is covered in dog poop it's all you can smell. The kids of the complex run wild at night. The staff does really shady things.
The walls are made of rice paper. Anyone having a conversation outside can be heard so clear it sounds like they are on your apt.
The gate is a joke and the staff doesn't give a crap.
