E36 M3 - noise when engine is off

When I parked the car and turned the engine off, I heard this strange noise from the engine. It looks like it comes from two sources: one is the vanos and second is the brake fluid tank.
After 5 minutes is stoped.

Not sure yet, but the nosie comes from relay number 2 in the relay box . This relay turns on/off (and sends on/off to the vanos unit) and that's where the ticking noise is coming from.
I need to check there's probably a short circuit somewhere. I just need to find it...
