funny demonstration of the "all in one" instrument TAPE DECK - SYNTHESIZER - RHYTHM MACHINE - MIXER. It seems to be very rare - in the whole www nobody knows anything about it...

It has simple "bleep" rhythms and only a single monophonic sound. The black keys are fake - they can be played, but they produce the same notes as the white keys. A funny experience, anyway... and looks cool!

  • Man, that is incredible. I would KILL to find something like that at a garage sale. Have you tried putting in a mic or keyboard or soemthing into the input?

  • @PsionikMushroom of course I did. The built in mixer is nice. But the tape recording quality is markedly below every cheap tape deck, that I ever had :-) the frequency response of a telephone - and noise like a waterfall.

But a great looking collectible toy anyway...

  • I think a certain CassetteMaster would love something like that. Does the unit have any pre-programmed demo songs or different instrument sounds? What size batteries does it use? I believe QuickShot made controllers for the NES at one point, did QuickShot make any other audio based toys to your knowledge? I'd love to see what it would be like to play some New Order or Depeche Mode or U2 or any other 80's band on that tape deck, OK, I suspect it doesn't sound that great, but oh well.

  • There is one single sound. No demo songs. What size batteries? I don't know, I sold it...

I can remember, Quickshot has made a grey cassette recorder with built in mixer and sound effects, like bomb, siren, ufo, etc... funny, as a kid I had loved to own one...

  • is 200$ a fair price?

  • that would be great - but it's a bit to late... I sold it already on ebay for 12 Euros...

  • Quickshot... oh yes! They repackaged an inferior Gameboy knockoff called the 'Supervison' during the late 1980s. Didn't know they sold dinky little toy pianos like this.

  • I want one!

  • epic ass ending

  • That is FUNNY, especially at the end. LOL

  • Fuck man, you're fucking SHREDDING THAT BITCH hahahahaa
