If someone has a 3 or 6 month supply of food then loses their job then they can at least not worry about going hungry. And as for the baby in the background, you're an idiot. Does a yr supply work the same way? I want to work towards a 1 yr supply just repeating the 3 month supply 4 times and keeping staples on hand that are long term items like powdered milk and eggs and use them everyday . I am new to this but my 1 month supply has already come in handy.

@razorbladekissss If you wait until AFTER it happens, there won't be anything to stock up on. While you may not be obese, you do have that same attitude of entitlement that is characteristic of most Americans. Of course things will be available to you, as they always have been. That is not the case. If you check research and literature, it is based on historic facts as well.
