i lost weight this week ..and only exercised 2 days instead of my normal 4, but then again it was christmas week ...so im cutting myself some slack ...

  • Been a while since I've watched videos, but had to catch up with ya. Don't worry about the scale weight because it doesn't measure progress, only water, bone, blood, muscle, fat, etc. As far as the jean sizes, 28 to 10 is awesome--you will have MANY more "moments like that." It's inevitable--just keep doing what you're doing. I agree that turning toward the positive is the best course--have a great new year!!

  • Stayed off for a bit to wait for the drama in the WLC to settle down a bit. Dustin (losetogain) and Terry (trboh/Moveitforward) and I have been kicking around the idea of bringing the old Gut 2 Cut back in some form. Hope you have a great New Year's!
