Its time for another anterior leg massage video. This video is fairly short. The sequence should take approximately 10-12 minutes, including stretches.
You should be aware that the inner thigh is a very sensitive area and that extensive friction may cause an unwanted result. The kneecap is an area that should not receive direct pressure.

I have had an accident with my knee some years ago but up until this day my right knee still gets "stiff" from time to time. Which makes bending it painfull.
Now can a massage like this relieve tension in my knee? causse it would help me alot in moving arround.
