You're sure to hear the one about the "Dungarvon Whooper". You'll also learn the colourful lingo of the region where every quiet pool and legendary river bend has a name, from Push and Be Damned Rapids to the Turnip Patch. "Miramichi" itself is thought to be a Native word "Maissimeu Assi" meaning Mi'kmaq Land. That campfire time is storytelling time.
