Why? At this point, Gwen is an innocent victim. She never did anything to Theresa to deserve being lied to and betrayed.

So many see Gwen as a monster, but I see her as a woman scorned who did what she could to fight for what was hers.

I could very well say the same thing about fans of Gwen...but that's ignorant to say. I am a Theresa fan and Ethan cheating on Gwen with Theresa is just plain worng and selfish and I can understand why Gwen would very upset by her friend betraying her but later on during later seasons you have to admit that Gwen did some really nasty thing to keep Ethan I am not bashing her I am just saying that both Gwen and Theresa were being selfish both of them

It would be understandable to hate Gwen later on when she decided to have a war with Theresa, but why would you hate her in the earlier seasons when she did nothing wrong? She was a victim because Ethan cheated on her and Theresa betrayed her.
