I am an online student at Devry University. Our class has talked about “technological advance is the main generator of cultural lag.” (The only improvement is a better web cam for those being interviewed) We also addressed subcultures, minority majorities, assimilation vs. acculturation, and what policies have been helpful in preventing discrimination and prejudice. (Diversity in Organizations. Bell, M. 2007) Researching difference between a hight/low cultures could prevent culture shock.

I really like your interview. The visual split screen is a wonderful way to create a more personal experience with your audience. I think that defining what you really want, keeping weekly organizational goals, and having available information are good points. Listing more cultural misunderstanding, or things to avoid may make this better. Good job, this was very professional and I am going to list this at my University for Cultural Diversity.
