Foreclosed trashed house

This is a house that people lived in until it was foreclosed. They didn't trash it. That is the way they lived. It was foreclosed and had to be cleaned and renovated by the new owner. The new owner sold it in 3 months. (see "Foreclosed house renovated")

The guy that lived here had a dog. I never found any "wet" garbage then it dawned on me that the dog must have been cleaning up the microwave dinners etc. After I bought it at a trustee sale and told the guy he was no longer the owner and he had to move, he asked if he could have a couple of days to line up some movers. I said fine and I checked a couple of days later and he was still there. The movers came and walked away after they saw it. He did finally got movers that did the job.
