  • The hat was the only part of this that was digital. It was made with a looped sample on the PC. The rest was all played live on the modular gear. The A-155 analog sequencer is driving one Dark energy and also the Z3000 Osc module. I had to tune each step of the sequence manualy and sync it to the hat loop by ear. The other doppler efx part was done with the other Dark Energy, and a A-118 noise module, A 140 EG module with the noise mixed in and out using an Intellijel uAtt attenuator module.

  • This really shows off the Doepfer analog goodness. Great to see you tweaking and mixing at the same time. Good view of your neat studio setup. Where is the high hat sound, rhythm coming from and how do you keep it in sync. I assume the blinking module under the Doepfer is an analog sequencer....a real piece of history, now revived. Good video work, and the sound is outstanding.

  • Good attempt. I say an A for effort.
