Stone stacking goes back centuries as a form of active meditation. go out and collect stones that speak to you. Try a stone stacking meditation for yourself and see what you think.

Enjoy!

Blessings,

Flora

  • My mummy taught me a great active meditation:

    knitting.

Its grand, once we get he hang of it, its so relaxing to have your hands busy but your mind free to just let go and wander.

  • if u find a stone that has a band around it, make a wish and when it comes true, give the stone to some1 else to make a wish! ^_^ my fam has been doing tht for ever ^_^ has nothing to do with topic but yaaa...

  • @Serioslump knitting is one of my favorite active meditations!

  • This may sound weird but I had a friend put a stone on the back of my neck and it gave me a headache instantly, have you ever heard of anything like that?

  • My words seem random but they have to do with my brain webs, I let my mind wander aimless. People are always saying what does that have to do with anything and I end up having to explain a long brain wave. They usually don't listen, what happened to humans.

  • I was always wondering what that was about, I was walking down boulder and the guy I was with said what's with this stone stacking thing. He's a very negative person, He try's to leach off of my energy. How much you charging for a tarot card reading, I'm feeling deceived by the people I have became surrounded with.

  • If you don't have stones available. This can actually also be done with Legos :)

  • My brother has pictures w/ his wife and mother in law doing this in South Korea.

  • I have done this since watching this video...it is AMAZING! Calming, grounding, it does quiet your mind and bring you back to center. I have a collection of stones set aside especially for stacking now. Thank you!!!

  • I have been collecting stones and sea shells for as long as I can remember. They are a beautiful reminder of the power and eternity of the earth. I went to visit my mom in upstate NY this last weekend. On the way back to the Philadelphia suburbs my husband and I took the long way back through mountains. So much beauty, I can not even describe.

  • This is something like making sand castles, or for that matter, just playing in the sand.
