Hey guys!
It's a given that you're going to have to deal with criticism and hear things you don't want to listen to in the modeling industry. It's definitely not a fun thing to experience, but that's just how it is. Be prepared for it and don't let it get to you. Take their advice and apply it to the skills you already have.
Be confident. Be strong. Be you. And have fun(:

  • I would say don't take people's criticism to heart so much, people all always gonna have opinions and some people's opinions are just harsh and cruel. on the other hand sometimes people give harsh criticism cause they feel it'll help motivate you to do better.

from my perspective you and Brittany are both VERY pretty/cute and attractive and i know for sure you both will do excellent and go very far in modeling and acting ;)

  • @kham2914 That is very true on what you said about listening to others. Listen to what they have to say, but don't take it too seriously!

Haha thank you!! That's very nice of you(:

  • Great vid! Im 14 and Im really interested in getting into the modeling industry. I was wondering what steps I could take to get there? Perhaps a modeling class? Comp cards? Thanks anyways! :] -Nichole.

  • @SimplyxLovelyx I would say the first step you should take would to try & meet up with some photographers. Professional or not. Make sure they are legit & safe to work with & always bring an adult with you. After shooting for awhile, if you realize that you enjoy modeling then you could either work on putting together a portfolio or get a comp card made. These aren't necessary to sign with an agency, but they can help a great deal. Remember, never pay to sign with an agency!!

  • Shooting often is crucial. Yes, practicing and having confidence is key. However, I've done modeling for years and practice and confidence comes with time. Each and every photographer has their own opinion about you. You should take criticism but don't take it too personally. Just use it as a learning technique. I've received tons of criticism and it's all about how you take and how you use it. Cheer up! I love your modeling. You are doing amazing :)!

  • @Amandamarta Thank you for your advice! Confidence is always a tricky thing to handle and hold for yourself, but once you have it it can help you do so well in life haha I need to continue to work on that though. Your comments are so sweet!! Thank you!(:
